And don’t forget the most important thing: ask for referrals!

Many educators get shy when it’s time to ask if their students are willing to recommend them to their friends. Don’t be shy. Ask regularly.

The most successful tutors are the ones who are fully booked, even during the summer. They ask their students for referrals regularly. Once a month, they ask their students to fill out a short feedback form with one question.

A 7-8 rating indicates a passive student. They are happy with your classes, but try to enhance their experience to turn them into promoters
